The Spa will be outsourced to an experienced and competent operator on a lease basis. The facility is expected to be completed and handed over to tenants by September 2025. Once the Expression of interest is sent out, Health professionals in individual capacity or in consortiums are encourages to bid, clearly indicating their experience and financial capabilities to run the facility optimally.
