SME Park
C/1 - C16 LWDC constructed an “SME Park” to assist SME’s to enter into the mainstream economy. As a result, LWDC also aided tenants to create employment and people to earn an income. This units are currently fully occupied. There is a high demand for this kind of facilities in town. As a developing and socio-economic enabler, LWDC endeavours to close the gap.
Offices
LWDC enabled some traditionally Windhoek based offices to open branches in Lüderitz. This is made possible when LWDC developed office space for rent. To date, some companies have been operating in LWDC office spaces for over 23 years. All our spaces are fully occupied. There is a high demand for these kind of facilities in town.
Flats for accommodation (11 flats)
These are modernised accommodation spaces. Two of them - H10 (a&b) - are fully furnished and only availed to tenants for a period of 2-3 years. - renewable contract. Flat C/17 is an executive suite that is available on a short time basis e.g not more than two week and is priced on “per day” basis. The rest are fully occupied on longer lease terms but are not fully furnished. When interested in the either the short-term stays or a longer lease period, contact us.
Lüderitz waterfront harbour square
